Travel hints

By car, from autoroute A9 junction 26 Sion-Ouest follow signs for Haute-Nendaz, or to use a shorter narrow mountain road exit at junction 25 Conthey/Vétroz and follow signs for Aproz, Fey and Nendaz. On arrival in Nendaz station turn left at the roundabout, climb the hill for 500 metres then at the road junction take the 2nd turning on the left "Chemin des Clèves". Continue winding up this road until arriving at a large car park just before the telecabines and the ski piste, and park in the designated place.
Access to the chalet is by crossing over the piste, under it through the tunnel, or by ski-bob which can be booked from 25 francs.
Public Transport: Sion is well served by direct trains from Geneva and other airports, and the Postbus operates a frequent service between Sion station and Haute-Nendaz.
At weekends Snowjet operate direct flights to Sion airport from Stansted.

From Zurich or Basel it is worth taking the "Swiss Transfer Ticket", although it is more expensive than a return fare to Geneva airport or Bern airport.
